Dr. Angela Edwards is a board-certified dermatologist that specializes in the prevention, detection, and treatment of skin cancer, as well as other disorders of the skin, hair, and nails. Her formal education and training include:
- Texas A&M University (College Station, TX) – BS, Biomedical Science (magna cum laude)
- UNT – Health Science Center (Fort Worth, TX) – Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- Oakwood Southshore Hospital (Trenton, MI) – Traditional Medicine Internship
- St. Joseph Mercy Livingston Hospital (Howell, MI) – Dermatology Residency
Dr. Edwards is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology (AOCD), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), and the Texas Medical Association (TMA).
In her spare time, Dr. Edwards enjoys spending time with her young family and participating in church activities including mission trips.
